FRAMINGHAM – The City of Framingham announced today, April 28, the Memorial Building, at 150 Concord Street, will return to its pre-pandemic hours Monday, May 3.

Pre-pandemic hours will be in effect, Mon., Wed., Thurs. 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m.; Tues. 8:30 a.m.-7 p.m.; and Fri. 8:30 a.m.-2 p.m.

All doors, EXCEPT the front doors at the top of the outside staircase, will be unlocked, said the City of Framingham.

The State dictates a 50% occupancy regarding staff and that no activity in office spaces can occur without meeting the following specific COVID-19 workplace safety standards organized around four distinct categories including, social distancing, hygiene protocols, staffing and operations, and cleaning and disinfecting, announced the City.

Face coverings will be required to enter and use the facility, said the City.

Residents are asked to practice social distancing, said the City

Each office has limited capacity, said the City.

People will be allowed to queue in the hall once that capacity has been met, standing on the socially distanced markers for their and other’s safety, announced the City today, April 28.
