FRAMINGHAM – The Joseph P. Keefe Technical High School has been named Alec Chan its outstanding vocational student for this year’s graduating class.

Chan is top three in his class and is an active competitor for SkillsUSA, an organization of teachers and students working together to ensure America has a skilled workforce. Chan will be competing at the State Competition on April 30.

Chan currently works as a mechanic at McGovern Ford of Framingham, where he is able to further explore his passions and interests.

Chan is also an avid Boy Scout and has just wrapped up his Eagle Scout requirements, where he worked on the Adam Street Town Forest Project.
