FRAMINGHAM – The City of Framingham announced a survey today, April 28, on how Framingham should spend American Rescue Plan funds.

Framingham is expected to receive $27.9 million over two years from American Rescue Plan.

The City expects to receive final guidance from the Treasury Department on May 10 about how the money can be used.

However, some basic guidelines have been provided on how the money can and cannot be spent, said the City.
