FRAMINGHAM – The price for a piece of drive-thru ready property on Route 135 in Framingham was just lowered to below $1 million.

Originally priced at $1.3 million, the updated listing is for $995,000 for 186 Waverley Street in Framingham.

The opportunity zone site was formerly a KFC drive-thru and then a doughnut shop, once a campaign stop for former U.S. Senator Scott Bown.

Since then the property has been demolished.

The drive-thru pad property is located down the street from the MBTA commuter rail station on a busy road with more than 16,500 vehicles per day. It is also within walking distance to a new apartment complex.

The business-zoned property is a half acre.

Mansard commercial real estate out of Andover is the listing agent.
