FRAMINGHAM – The following is a list of City of Framingham, MassDOT, and utlity road construction in the Framingham the week of April 18.

Construction schedules are weather permitting and subject to change.

Edgell Road Gas Main Replacement: Eversource gas will continue replacing gas main on Edgell Road between the Nobscot intersection and Donovan Drive. Expect moderate delays. Lane shifts and a one-way alternating traffic pattern will be in effect.

Leland and Irving Streets Sidewalk Improvements: Sidewalk work continues. Expect minor delays. A two-way and/or one-way alternating traffic pattern will be in effect. Police details will be on-site to facilitate traffic.

Mt. Wayte Avenue Gas Main and Regulator Pit Replacement: Eversource Gas: Eversource will continue gas main work on Mt. Wayte Avenue. Expect moderate delays. A partial road closure will be in effect on Mt. Wayte Avenue eastbound. Traffic traveling eastbound will be detoured.

Nobscot Intersection Improvements: The City’s contractor will continue installing drainage on Edgell Road. Eversource Electric will relocate aerial wires on Water Street. Expect moderate delays. A two-way and/or one-way alternating traffic pattern will be in effect.

Sewer Manhole Inspections for the Infiltration/Inflow Source Removal Program: A City hired consultant will conduct sewer manhole inspections near Worcester Road, Pleasant Street, Temple Street, Millwood Street, Woodmere Road, Berkeley Road, Grove Street, Edmands Road, Crossing Boulevard, and Staples Drive areas. Expect minor delays at times.

Walsh Street Sewer Main Replacement: The Wastewater Division will begin preparations for sewer main replacement on Walsh Street at Richwood Street. Expect minor delays.

Wood Terrace Water Main Replacement: Water main replacement continues. Wood Terrace will be open to residents and emergency vehicles only during construction.
