FRAMINGHAM – The Framingham Public Library is hosting a lecture on budgeting for emergencies, with Sue Katz, on April 14.

Learning to save for life’s unexpected emergencies can help you avoid a financial disaster.

Katz will offer some tips and tricks to help make it easier to budget for emergencies.

The 1 p.m. event is free and will be held virtually.

Katz has been working for American Consumer Credit Counseling since 2009.

She is a Certified Personal Financial Counselor / Educator and a Military Housing Specialist with over 40 years’ of experience in personal, corporate, and small business finance.

She is an outreach coordinator and educator whose main focus is reaching out to the military and to the community at large.
