ASHLAND – Just one business reported a COVID positive employee during the month of March, according to the Town of Ashland.

By law, any establishment that has a positive COVID employee is required to notify the Ashland Health Department.

On April 5, SOURCE filed a Massachusetts Public Records request (FOIA) for a list of all businesses in the Town of Ashland that had a COVID positive employee. SOURCE also made similar requests to Natick Board of Health, City of Marlborough, and City of Framingham Health Departments.

Framingham, Natick, and Marlborough have yet to respond as of this publishing.

Ashland responded the quickest within 5 hours of the request.

The only business that reported a COVID positive employee in March was Erica’s Restaurant on Front Street.
