FRAMINGHAM – Do you want to reduce your carbon footprint by shopping locally and sustainably this Earth Day?

Come to Hanson’s Farm, 20 Nixon Road, Framingham, for its Earth Day Farmers Market, on April 24, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The event will be outdoors and adhere to social distancing protocols.

Hanson’s will have its farm stand open with perennials and other early season plants, and also offer ice cream, fresh-squeezed lemonade, and maybe even its popular cider doughnuts.

The farm will be joined by some of your favorite local vendors, including Cousins Maine Lobster (food truck), Handmade By Tiffany (soap and body products), Brookfield Candle (handmade soy candles), Alli’s Ascendent (custom crystal jewelry), Velma’s Kettle Corn, Everything Alpaca (alpaca fiber products such as socks, hats, etc.), and Great Harvest Bread Company.

Stop by and enjoy the beauty of the land as spring greets the new growing season, and support a fifth-generation family farm and other local small businesses.
