FRAMINGHAM – Police officers arrested a Framingham man on Friday, March 26 on multiple motor vehicle charges.
Arrested at 1:39 p.m. at 266 Concord Street was Tarcisio Batista, 21, of 12 Centennial Place in Framingham.
He was charged with operating a motor vehicle with no license, operating a motor vehicle with no insurance, and operating a motor vehicle with suspended or evoked registration.
