FRAMINGHAM – Framingham police officers arrested a Framingham man who stopped his vehicle in the middle of the road, after crashing into a parked vehicle early Sunday morning, March 28.

Police arrested Jenson Garcia, 36, of 26 Proctor Street in Framingham at 1:53 a.m. on Franklin Street.

Garcia struck a parked motor vehicle, and when officers arrived, the vehicle Garcia was operating was “stopped in middle of the road, still running, with the driver’s side door open and Garcia still inside,” said Sgt. Rachel Mickens.

No one was injured but Garcia was arrested.

He was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, operating a motor vehicle with no license, and failure to stay within marked lanes.
