Stonegate Group Purchases New Headquarters in Natick For $2.75 Million

NATICK – Stonegate Group Management LLC has purchased a two-story 26,000 square foot office building in Natick on Route 135 for its new corporate headquarters.

Stonegate owns a large commercial and residential portfolio and is a property management firm.

Stonegate will occupt 6,000 square feet and plans to move into 235 West Central Street in April.

The $2.75 million sale was brokered by Marlene Aron of Metrowest Commercial R.E. representing Stonegate in the purchase.

The seller, CRC Realty Associates LLC, was represented by Craig Johnston of RW Holmes.

“In a market where many office tenants are downsizing, the Stonegate Group seized the opportunity to expand their headquarters,” said Aron. “The location offers easy accessibility to the Mass Pike and has plenty of parking.“

Aron has been named exclusive leasing broker and will be marketing the entire 13,000 square feet of the first floor space which is sub dividable and will be ready for occupancy in April.
