FRAMINGHAM – Framingham State University is reporting two COVID cases in the past week.

The University administered 864 tests in the past 7 days, through March 17.

Two out of 864 tests is a 0.24 positivity rate.

The rate was 0.13 last week.

Students returned to classes for the spring semester on January 25.

In the past 30 days, the University has administered 3958 tests to staff and students, with 8 positive cases in the last 30 days.

The positivity rate for the past month is 0.21%.

In comparison, the City of Framingham’s positivity rate is just just under 3%

The University currently has no students in isolation on campus and two students isolated off campus.

The University has no students in quarantine on campus, and no students off campus in quarantine.
