FRAMINGHAM – For the second time in two years, the MetroWest Drug Task Force arrested a Framingham man on charges

At 7:57 a.m. today, March 18, members of the MetroWest Drug Task Force arrested Jose Cuellar, 28, of 13R Webster Street in Framingham.

Cuellar was charged with possession with intent to distribute a Class B drug (cocaine).

Members of the Massachusetts State Police STOP team assisted with the arrest due to “safety concerns.”

“This is the second time Cuellar was arrested by MetroWest Drug Task Force in 2 years,” said Framingham Police Sgt. Rachel Mickens.

Cuellar is “currently out on bail for previous charges of possession of firearm and trafficking cocaine,” said the Framingham Police spokesperson.

In January, Framingham police were called to that Webster Street address in the Butterworth Park neighborhood for a stabbing.

Cuellar has been arrested by Framingham Police more than twice.
