ASHLAND – Tree cutting will continue into early next week, March 15 & 16, announced the Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) and Town of Ashland. The preliminary work is for the Ashland- Route 126 Roadway Reconstruction Project.

On Monday, March 15, stumping and tree protection will take place.

Approximately, on Thursday, March 18 into the following week, the crew will complete erosion control.

Concurrently, within the next two weeks, the crew will complete drainage work at Algonquin Trail.

The timing of this schedule may change depending on a variety of factors, including weather.
