FRAMINGHAM – A marijuana retailer in Framingham announced tonight it will close until further notice, after one of its employees tested positive for COVID.

“One of our Temescal team members at the Framingham location received a positive test result for COVID-19. Out of an abundance of caution for the safety of our employees and guests, we have temporarily closed our Framingham location and will be deep cleaning our store effective immediately,” announced the Framingham cannabis retailer, this evening, March 11.

“Our Framingham location will remain closed until further notice while we sanitize and the rest of our team gets tested as a precautionary measure. If you visited our Framingham store within the last four days, we encourage you to quarantine or get tested as a precaution. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we navigate this unprecedented situation,” said the retailer.

The Temescal Wellness store is located at 665 Cochituate Rd Suite B in Framingham.

“It is our highest priority to serve you safely and we hope to continue providing you with your therapeutic cannabis products in Framingham very soon,” wrote the retailer to customers.
