MARLBOROUGH – Lorraine J. Davies, 67, of Marlborough and formerly of Poughkeepsie, New York, Mesa, Arizona and Rutland, Vermont, died Sunday February 28, 2021 at her home.

She was the former wife of Tracy Stewart and Cami Richardson.

She was born in Hornel, NY the daughter of Wallace V. and Lorraine J. (Nelson) Davies and was a 1971 graduate of Our Lady of Lourdes High School in Poughkeepsie, New York.

She went on to receive a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Adelphi University in Garden City, NY.

Lorraine last worked for Scottsdale Healthcare in Mesa, AZ as a medical records coder.

Prior to moving to Arizona, Lorraine worked for the Rutland Visiting Nurse Association for a number of years before becoming a Medical Coding Technician for Rutland Regional Medical Center.

Diagnosed in 2009 with a brain tumor, she moved to Massachusetts in 2012 to spend more time with her children and grandchildren.

In her spare time Lorraine enjoyed Pickleball, knitting and reading. She’ll be remembered for her quick wit, easy laugh and friendly smile which could light up a room. Lorraine also loved music and was no stranger to dancing while no one was looking. She will be loved and missed by many.

She leaves two daughters, Erin L. Stickel and her husband, Greg of Billerica, and Lindsay Lane and her husband, Michael of Heber City, Utah; two brothers Paul Davies and his wife, Laurel of Denver, Colorado and David Davies and his wife, Vikki Armstrong of Ithaca, New York; two grandchildren, Marisa and Patrick Lane of Utah; five nephews and nieces, Jack, Peter, Julia, Lily and Oliver. She was the sister of the late Mark Davies. 

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Lorraine’s memory to the National Brain Tumor Society.
