1 Framingham Public Library and Framingham State University present a lecture on Claude Monet at the Museum of Fine Arts Boston by Erica Schneider at 7 p.m.

The MFA will bring together major works in the Boston collection for this exhibition which celebrates the museum’s 150th anniversary and its outstanding collection of works by Monet.

Professor Schneider will discuss Monet’s early realism work, his avant-garde impressionist paintings and later abstracted Giverny pieces alongside the academic painters and his impressionist colleagues.

2. Downtown Framingham Inc will hold its annual meeting tonight.

Courtney Thraen is leaving downtown Framingham Inc. (DFI), and at tonight’s meeting the Board of Directors will approve Anthony Lucivero as the new executive director.

3. Yesterday, Governor Charlie Baker said teachers and school staff will be eligible for the vaccine as of March 11.

President Joseph Biden called for teachers and school staff to receive at least their first dose of the vaccine in March,

Senate President Karen Spilka called for teachers to be vaccinated in March.
