3 Dunkin’ Locations Change Ownership; Framingham Commission Approves License Transfer

FRAMINGHAM – Three Dunkin’ stores in Framingham have changed ownership.

Northern Management Group, LLC, has taken over the Dunkin’s locations at 266 Concord Street, 334 Waverly Street, and 3 Nicholas Road, in the Saxonville section of the City.

The Framingham License Commission unanimously approved the transfer of the common victualer licenses on Monday night, February 22, by a vote of 5-0.

Nicholas Jenkins with Northern Management Group out of Holliston told the Commissioners the group now has 11 Dunkin’ location in MetroWest, including locations in Ashland, Holliston, Hopkinton, Natick, Sherborn, and Milford.

Jenkins said this was a change of ownership, and that there would be no building changes to the trio of Framingham locations.

Jenkins also said there would be no change in hours at the three Framingham locations, either.
