Woman Spray Painted, Man Arrested After Disagreement in Framingham Parking Lot

FRAMINGHAM – A woman was spray painted after a disagreement in a Third Street parking lot on Sunday afternoon, February 21, according to Framingham Police.

The woman was sitting in a car at the time of the attack, explained police.

The man was arrested and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, along with malicious damage to a motor vehicle.

Arrested at 22 Third Street at 3:51 p.m. was Francisdio Deandrade, 39, of 22 Third Street in Framingham.

The woman was spray painted in the face and neck, said Framingham Police Lt. Patricia Grigas.

The car window and frame was also damaged, according to police.

Deandrade was scheduled to be arraigned today, February 22.
