FRAMINGHAM – Sister Waltrude Dennis, CSJ, in her 81^st year as a beloved member of the Sisters of Saint Joseph of Boston, died Friday, February 19, 2021. 

Devoted daughter of the late Paul and Lucy (Kerley) Dennis, and beloved  sister of the late Theresa (Dennis) Favata, Benjamin Dennis and Lucy (Dennis) Santella.  Sister Waltrude is survived by her loving sister, Elizabeth (Betsy) Gallant, along with many cherished nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews, and her Sisters in the Congregation. 

Formerly missioned as a teacher at St. Joseph School, Lynn; St. John School, Boston North End; Sacred Heart School, Roslindale; St. John School, Quincy; St. Agnes School, Arlington; Sacred Heart School, W. Lynn; St. Catherine School, Norwood; Our Lady of Grace School, Chelsea; and St. Pius School, Lynn.

Private Burial.   

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at a later date.
