FRAMINGHAM – Police arrested a Hopedale man on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol over the weekend.
Arrested at 1:40 a.m. on Route 9 on February 13 at Fraser Road was Gustavo Caetano, 22, of 37 Prospect Street in Hopedale.
He was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, failure to stay within marked lanes, and failure to signal.
