FRAMINGHAM – Mayor Spicer is pleased to announce the City will join a collaborative partnership with the State to provide targeted services and support for the continuing COVID-19 vaccine rollout

Framingham is one of 20 municipalities that will receive support from the Massachusetts Department of Public Health to help “increase awareness of the vaccine’s safety and efficacy and to reduce barriers to vaccination.”

The collaboration with the State is expected to begin on February 22.

“I am thrilled the City of Framingham was included in the partnership because the virus has greatly impacted us,” said Mayor Spicer. “I look forward to this effort having an exponential impact on getting residents vaccinated.”
