Doragon Provisions is a artisan-specialty foods market in Ashland, focusing on small batch, artisan foods, ingredients and products from around the world.

Want to make a special dinner at home? Select from the store’s homemade pastas and sauces. There is pappardelle, roasted beet & Pecorino Toscano pasta, fettuccini, eggplant ravioli, caramelized butternut squash pasta, and more.

The pasta is produced by Valicenti Pasta Farm out of New Hampshire. Valicenti has 10 acres of fields and a green house where they organically produce everything from tomatoes to eggplant, butternut squash to sweet potatoes, brussels sprouts to herbs, and many other crops used to make their products. Everything is made in small batches and packaged in their commercial kitchen inside their restored red barn and you don’t have to drive to New Hampshire to get it now – it’s available in Ashland at Doragon Provisions.
