FRAMINGHAM – Unfettered by many restaurant closures including Framingham-based Volturno’s, Framingham Beer Works, the Aegean, Angry Ham’s, Joe’s American Grill and John Harvard’s to name a few, a well-known brew pub operator is looking to expand its footprint into MetroWest.

According to Metrowest Commercial Real Estate Senior Associate Broker Marlene Aron, who is the exclusive representative, “my client is looking for a location of 4,000 to 15,000 square feet.”

“There are two concepts being considered,” said Arons to SOURCE. “The smaller concept is to bring the brand to MetroWest and the larger scale concept is to operate a full Beer Hall with a  great menu.”

Arons said the brew pub has looked at “8 sites, but will not be making a final choice for a few weeks.”
