1 National Weather Service has said to expect cold temperatures and extreme temperatures with the wind chill today.

2. Due to those extreme temperatures, the free COVID-19 testing site on Franklin Street will be closed today.

3. The City of Framingham said on Wednesday “Given limited vaccine supplies, the State of Massachusetts is not allocating local health departments vaccine for large public clinics. There are no Framingham Health Department public clinics scheduled for adults 75 and older at this time.

But last night on the state’s website a Framingham clinic was listed for February 6 at Keefe Technical High School with 300 vaccine appointments. Within an hour, all were booked.

4. According to the Mayor’s public schedule, Mayor Yvonne Spicer has no public events.

5. Today is national Puzzle Day.
