FRAMINGHAM – City of Framingham Mayor Yvonne Spicer will appear on WGBH-TV’s Basic Black program tonight, January 22, at 7;30.

Other guest include Radha Natarajan, Executive Director of New England Innocence Project and the Boston Globe’s Jeneé Osterheldt.

The trio will discuss the Presidential Inauguration and Kamala Harris becoming the Vice President of the United States.
