NATICK – Christopher Donnelly, 73, of Falmouth (formerly of Natick and Medway) passed away suddenly on Saturday, December 26, 2020.

He was the husband of Beth (Rau) Donnelly for 54 years.

Chris was born and raised in Boston, the eldest child of the late Gerald and Catherine (Murray) Donnelly.

Chris worked in construction management for over 50 years. He was an avid golfer and a member of Cape Cod Country Club, but as he always said, he only played golf on days that ended in Y. He loved the ocean, and walked the beach nearly every morning at sunrise.

In addition to his wife, Beth, he is survived by his three daughters and their spouses, Jackie Lawrence and her husband Steve, Jen Donnelly and her husband Marco Gargurevich, and Sarah Donnelly, all of Natick. He also leaves behind his beloved grandchildren Max & Zach Gargurevich and Drew & Hannah Lawrence, all of Natick, his siblings Charlie & Kathy Donnelly of Natick, Cathy Hayes of Randolph, and Mark & Pattie Donnelly of Scituate, as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends, including his Cape Cod Country Club family.  

Visitation will be Saturday, January 2 from 9-10 AM at Chapman, Cole & Gleason, 475 Main Street, Falmouth, MA 02540, followed by a funeral mass at Saint Anthony’s Catholic Church, 167 E Falmouth Hwy, East Falmouth, MA 02536 at 11 a.m.
