FRAMINGHAM – In this terrible year of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Framingham Rotary Club couldn’t host its annual in-person kids holiday rarty for Head Start Children of the South Middlesex Opportunity Council at Ken’s Steak House.
Instead, Rotary Santa brought the gifts to the 3-5-year-old kids at SMOC in 2020.
