FRAMINGHAM – The City of Framingham announced 122 new COVID-19 cases since Friday
There have been more than 1,350 new coronavirus cases in the City since Thanksgiving.
More than 26% of all the cases in the City of Framingham during the pandemic have been diagnosed since Thanksgiving.
Framingham was averaging 8 cases per day around Labor Day, the City of Framingham is now at 80 cases per day per 100,000 people. That is a 10X increase in 3 months.
Since the pandemic, there have been 170 deaths, as the city announced two new deaths today, Monday, December 21.
Framingham has had a total of 4,6,14, coronavirus cases since the pandemic began. Framingham has about 75,000 residents.

The good news is 3,394 individuals have recovered.
Active cases in the City of Framingham decreased from1,038 to 1,050.
Individuals in quarantine is up from 434 to 489.
A new Framingham only free COVID testing site opened at SMOC HQ at 7 Bishop Street. It will be open Mondays through Saturdays from noon to 4 p.m.
