MURRELLS INLET, SOUTH CAROLINA – William S. George, MD, 90, a longtime resident of Framingham, died early Tuesday Dec. 15, 2020 in South Carolina. 

Born in Framingham, he was the son of the late Leo V. and Vaselica (Adams) George.

Raised and educated in Framingham, he was a graduate of Tufts University in 1952 and the Tufts University School of Medicine in 1956.

He practiced Internal Medicine in Framingham until retiring in 1998.

He will be remembered as a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and friend who was happiest when talking to his 16 grandchildren.  Dr. George is survived by his wife Beverly and their 4 sons:  Robert & wife Dawn and their 4 children, Philip, his 2 daughters & grandson, Matthew, his wife Kerrith, and Thomas, his wife Chris and their 6 children. 

Due to current Covid 19  restrictions, all Dr. George’s services are private for his immediate family.

The family respectfully asks that in place of flowers, a donation to the Annunciation Orthodox Church, 37 Washington St., Natick, MA. 01760 be made in his name.
