FRAMINGHAM – The Stop & Shop Plaza on Old Conn Path was sold last week.
Regency Centers sold the plaza at 235 Old Connecticut Path to Needham-based RK Centers for $23 million on December 10.
RK Centers purchased a portion of the Target Plaza on Route 30 in Framingham in 2019.
Built in 1994, the 235 Old Conn Path site is assessed at $13.545 million by the City of Framingham for 2020.

The 80,000 square-foot plaza has the Stop & Shop, Fifth Avenue Liquors, Align Credit Union, and Sport Clips. ‘
There is at least one opening where Title Boxing Club was before it closed.
RK centers on its website is showing a proposed drive-thru property in the parking lot, along with the available space to lease in the plaza.
