BOSTON – The National Weather Service out of Boston/Norton is forecasting thunderstorms and downpours today, November 30.

These storm will bring damaging winds, and gusts could reach 50 miles per hour.

The strongest of these winds will be Monday night into Tuesday.

The heavy rains may result in street flooding. Keep this in mind if you will be traveling this evening and avoid driving through flooded roads.

“Most of our area in a marginal severe risk for damaging straight-line winds. An isolated tornado also cannot be ruled out,” said the weather service.
