FRAMINGHAM – A store in Shoppers World abruptly closed on Black Friday.

According to employees, the Michaels in Shoppers World in Framingham closed this afternoon, due to a potential COVID-19 exposure.

The arts & crafts store will not re-open today, November 27.

Employees said it may not re-open on Saturday.

SOURCE has emailed corporate Michaels for a statement, but has not heard back when this report was posted.

Michaels just opened in the AC Moore location this month at Shoppers World.

AC Moore closed earlier this year.

Michaels closed its Route 9 location in Natick to move to the new Framingham location.
