The Association intends to sell the property to Peter E. Prunty of Natick, according to a letter provided to the City of Framingham.

The purchase & sales agreement has the sale at $315,000.

“The association and our representatives will continue to supply whatever cooperation and information the City requests to facilitate the process to acquire a waiver from the City permitting the above sale,” wrote Gooltz to the Mayor & the Framingham City Council.

SOURCE has reached out to the city’s attorney for specifics on the city’s rights, and if that includes the option to match the agreement price and purchase.

It is unknown at this time what this means for families and residents who bought ownership in the pool & tennis club.
