1 Rally to support in-person learning in Framingham Public Schools is scheduled for 3:45 p.m. today at Framingham High.

Yesterday, Framingham Public Schools announced a positive COVID case at Stapleton Elementary.

The Christa McAuliffe Charter School also announced a positive COVID case on Sunday.

Speaking of COVID, there is a free drive-thru COVID testing site at TJX Headquarters, off Route 30, open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. today. The Commonwealth of Massachusetts has hired Fallon Ambulance to run the testing site as part of the state’s Stop the Spread campaign. There is also a free testing site at SMOC HQ at 7 Bishop Street from 3 to 6 p.m. It is walk-up only with limited parking.

2. Framingham Garden Club’s Holiday Greens Sale starts today online.

3. CITY OF FRAMINGHAM meetings (all held virtually):

  • Dunning Elementary School Council at 4 p.m.
  • Framingham School Committee: Teaching and Learning Subcommittee at 5 p.m.
  • Framingham License Commission at 7 p.m.
  • Framingham Board of Health at 7 p.m.
  • Framingham School Building Committee at 7 p.m.

According to the Mayor’s public schedule, Mayor Yvonne Spicer has nothing on her public schedule.

4. Burn Boot Camp MetroWest has its grand opening today in Framingham.

5. “Police Brutality and You: A conversation on brutality, racism, prospects for police reform and strategies for making change happen” is happening this evening at 5:30. Pre-registration is required.
