BOSTON – The National Weather Service in Boston has issued a wind advisory for most of Eastern Massachusetts for Sunday evening into early Monday morning.
South winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 miles per hour are expected. from 5 p.m. Sunday to 1 a.m. Monday. November 16.
Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high profile vehicle. Secure outdoor objects.
Showers and possibly a thunderstorm before 3 a.m., then a slight chance of showers between 3 and 4 a.m.
Some of the storms could produce gusty winds.
Patchy fog between 9 p.m. and 1 a.m.
Chance of precipitation is 100%.
New rainfall amounts between a half and three quarters of an inch possible.
