FRAMINGHAM – MetroWest Medical Center employees are receiving a sweet treat this Halloween from the executive leadership team.

“Reverse Trick-or-Treating” happens when candy gets brought to someone instead of them asking for it.

It’s a fun way to celebrate the holiday and show appreciation for the hard work and dedication the MetroWest Medical Center team displays, said the Center in a press release.
