ASHLAND – The Town of Ashland celebrated the completion of Riverwalk & Millpond Park, and its ADA-compliant bridge, constructed by Ashland Department of Public Works today with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
Senate President Karen Spilka, who lives in Ashland, and helped secure state and federal funding for the project, spoke about how this project is so needed during the pandemic. She described the bridge as “spectacular.”
