FRAMINGHAM – A Framingham woman was uninjured after an oak tree fell on her house today, August 16.

First responders arrived at 37 Rockridge Road to discover an oak tree on the home at 10:50 a.m. The roots of the tree became loose, causing it to fall over.

According to first responders, neighbors rescued the homeowner, Barbara Murphy.

The American Red Cross was brought in to provide assistance.
