In an effort to help patients with other non-life-threatening emergencies move through the ER in a safe and timely manner, an online ER check-in option is available at mwmc.com

Patients can view the available time slots, choose one and enter some basic information to confirm an upcoming visit to the emergency room.

Call 911 if you or anyone around is experiencing a life-threatening emergency. MetroWest Medical Center has protocols in place to keep you safe during your visit. These include Covid Safety Zones and Covid Care Zones, enhanced cleaning of surfaces, hand sanitization stations, universal masking and access to PPE. Precautions for patients and visitors include facemasks, hand sanitizer and physical distancing in waiting areas.
