FRAMINGHAM – Police were called to Loker Street on Tuesday morning for a disagreement involving a pellet gun.

Just after 11 a.m., Police arrested a Framingham man on Phelps Road, alter the altercation on Loker Street.

Arrested was James Salvi, 35, of 6 Universal Street in Framingham. Salvi was charged with three counts of assault with a dangerous weapon.

There is a history between the man arrested and the other individual, said Framingham Police Lt, Patricia Grigas.

According to police, Salvi fired a pellet gun either towards the other man and at the man’s house, before he drove away.

Witnesses said the pellet gun looked realistic. Witnesses also said there were holes in a house on Loker Street.

Salvi was arraigned in Framingham District Court on Tuesday. He was held without bail.
