FRAMINGHAM – Police arrested a Framingham man at 1:45 a.m. on Monday on multiple charges including operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.
Arrested at Marble Street and Route 135 was Jose Tomas Loja Mayancela, 24, of 153 Second Street of Framingham.
He was also charged with operating a motor vehicle after registration suspended or revoked, operating a motor vehicle with no insurance, and failure to stay within marked lanes.
