FRAMINGHAM – Members of the Black Student Union at Framingham High held a peaceful Black Lives Matter Protest and rally at the Framingham Centre Common this afternoon.
“This is not a trend,” said incoming Black Student Union President Gaina Jean Pierre, who said her organization is looking to take action steps next.
There were about 100 people in attendance this afternoon, including District 9 City Councilor Tracey Bryant, District 7 City Councilor Margareth Shepard, and District 9 School Committee member William LaBarge.
