You may submit new requests.

When your items are ready for pickup, you will be able to reserve a pick up time yourself!

Curbside Pick-Up for Holds
How to Request Items and Schedule Your Pick Up
  1. Sign in to your account and request the items.
  2. When your items are ready for pickup, you’ll receive an email notification.
  3. You may schedule a pickup time yourself by signing in to the Capira reservation system with your Library log in and choosing a pick up time. Alternatively, you may also call us at 508-532-5570 to have staff schedule your pick up time.
When You Arrive

Main Library, 49 Lexington Street

Once you have arrived for your scheduled appointment, please park in one of the designated Curbside parking spots marked by the Curbside Parking signs. There will be a table near the Main Entrance on Lexington Street outside on the landing. Holds will be in bags with your name and you can take your holds and go. If you need staff assistance when you arrive, please call 508-532-5570 and press 1.


McAuliffe Branch, 746 Water Street

Once you have arrived for your scheduled appointment, you can park anywhere in the lot and then walk over to the white tent. Under the tent will be a table with holds on it. Holds will be in bags labeled with names. You can take your bag and go! If you have questions, a staff member will be at the Community Room window during pickup hours so you can ask us questions there.

Main Library, Pearl Street side

Please come to the Pearl Street side of the Main Library during the following days and times. Staff will be there for assistance:

Mondays, Tuesdays: 1 to 4 p.m.

Wednesdays, Thursdays, 9 a.m. to noon

Christa McAuliffe Branch Library, 746 Water Street

Walk up to the building and drop in designated window during the following days and times. Staff will be there for assistance:

Mondays, Tuesdays: 9 a.m. to noon
Wednesdays, Thursdays, 1 to 4 p.m.
