Framingham Restaurant Closes, After Just 3 Years on Route 9

FRAMINGHAM – A Framingham restaurant, part of a national chain, has closed.

Godavari opened on Route 9 at 1656 Worcester Road opened in January of 2017.

The restaurant opened at the former location of Acapulco’s Mexican chain restaurant. That establishment, which still has a location in Sudbury, closed in Framingham in November 2016.

Godvari is an authentic South Indian restaurant chain. It served Dosa, Biryanis, masala, and curry dishes.

The restaurant is now for lease.
