Framingham Police Arrest Milford Man They Found Asleep At Driver’s Wheel

FRAMINGHAM – Residents on Temi Road reported a crash on Sunday night, June 28.

When police arrived they found a car in the middle of the road, and the driver asleep at the wheel of the vehicle, said Framingham Police Lt. Patricia Grigas.

Police arrested at 15 Temi Road at 9:38 p.m. Eder DeSouza, 40, of 15 Shawdowbrook Lane in Milford.

He was charged with operating a motor vehicle with no license, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, and negligent operation of a vehicle.

Temi Road is in the Potter Road neighborhood.

DeSouza was scheduled to be arraigned via a video conference call.
