MARLBOROUGH – The City of Marlborough announced 4 new coronavirus cases on June 24, for a total of 984 cases, since the pandemic began.

The good news is that 894 individuals have recovered from the virus.

The City reported its 58th death from the virus on Friday.

It is unknown how many individuals have been tested in the city of almost 40,000 people.

About 2.5% of the City’s residents have tested positive for the virus.

Middlesex County has the most positive cases, at more than 22,000.

Framingham has the most cases in MetroWest, with 1,700 COVID-19 positive cases.

Marlborough is second.

The City last week said it will no longer report cases daily but update the public on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
