BOSTON – The Commonwealth of Massachusetts reported 267 new COVID-19 cases, on June 10. This is the third consecutive day where the cases have been below 300.

Massachusetts now has a total of 104,156 positive coronavirus cases as of today.

Overall, Massachusetts now ranks fifth in the United States behind New York, New Jersey & Illinois, and California for the most positive.

There is no cure and no vaccine for COVID-19, at this time.

The state is reporting 46 new COVID-19 deaths today.

Since the pandemic began Massachusetts has reported 7,454 COVID-19 or complications from the virus deaths.

The state tested 10,034 individuals in the last 24 hours

As of today, the state has tested more than 668,000 individuals.

Middlesex County has the most positive cases at 22,889.

In comparison, Barnstable County (Cape Cod) has 1,467 cases.

Framingham has the most cases in MetroWest, with just under 1,700 cases

Marlborough is second, with more 900 cases. Seventy-five percent of the City of Marlborough’s cases have recovered.

The City of Framingham is also among the top 12 communities with coronavirus cases in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

John Hopkins University is reporting 7.29 million cases world-wide of the virus.

There are 1.99 million cases in the United States, as of 4 p.m. today.

The United States leads the world in Coronavirus cases, followed by Brazil and Russia.

The Centers for Disease Control is reporting 112,133 deaths as of noon, today, including 950 new deaths in the last 24 hours.

The U.S. is leading the world in COVID-19 deaths, with more than 30,500 deaths in New York.
