HOLLISTON – Mary Louise Pratt, 73, of Northborough and formerly Holliston/Lexington, passed away after a long battle with Alzheimer’s followed by a more recent struggle with Covid-19 on Thursday, May 21, 2020.

Born in Brockton, she was the daughter of the late Louise R. (Lombard) and Charles R. Pratt.

A prolific musician, Mary enjoyed playing her guitar and singing at many “open mic” nights in and around the Greater Boston Area.  She produced several original albums including “Seven Days to Sunday” as a part of the group ‘SolQuest’. She loved animals, especially cats, and enjoyed watching birds frequent her feeders.

Mary is survived by three sons, David Flick and his wife, Colleen of Wakefield, Shaw Flick and his wife, Charissa of Portland, OR and Jonathan Bonathan Coconut Flick of West Haven, CT. She also leaves behind 4 grandchildren, Charlie, June, Cameron and Benjamin, and her brother, Charles “Bud” Pratt of Montgomery, VT.

Services are being held privately. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to either the Alzheimer’s Foundation (alz.org) or the Fisher Center for Alzheimer’s Research (alzinfo.org) Arrangements are under the care of the Chesmore Funeral Home of Holliston, www.ChesmoreFuneralHome.com
