BOSTON – Under the Baker-Polito administration’s phase one re-opening plan retail marijuana dispensaries may re-open on Memorial Day, May 25

Medical marijuana outlets were deemed essential but recreational marijuana retailers were deemed non-essential and have been closed since mid-March, due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Starting Monday May 25, marijuana dispensaries will be able to resume serving recreational customers via curbside pickup.
