BOSTON – Under the Baker-Polito administration’s phase one re-opening plan retail marijuana dispensaries may re-open on Memorial Day, May 25

Medical marijuana outlets were deemed essential but recreational marijuana retailers were deemed non-essential and have been closed since mid-March, due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Starting Monday May 25, marijuana dispensaries will be able to resume serving recreational customers via curbside pickup.

Orders must be placed online.

Curbside pick up only and everyone in the vehicle must be 21 or older at the time of pickup.

Remember to wear a mask or face covering while in your vehicle, and please consider using cashless transactions.

None of the recreational retailers approved by the city of Framingham have been licensed by the state’s Cannabis Control Commission to open.

Temescal Wellness in Hudson will re-open on Monday but with several new rules. Below are some of their rules:

Temescal said it may not be able to fulfill all orders, as curbside pick up limits the number of guests we can serve at a time.
